All our packing is dedicated to making sure your model reaches you in perfect condition and we use original RayBan case to make sure it does. We clearly print your address on the postal envelopes and make it water proof. All delivery's carry a return address ato prevent straying in the postal system. This year, only 2 parcel is missing out of hundreds posted.
We only offer 1 shipping choices using First Class Air Mail. We ship WORLDWIDE and delivery is guaranteed in 4 Weeks Maximum. (usually takes only 2 weeks)
Returns
We have a very friendly return policy. If you are not satisfied with your products, we will accept returns up to 30
days after you receive them, provided that the item and the box it came in are in like new condition. We cannot accept returns without the original product box and all included packaging materials, accessories and parts. Please ensure all parts are included and tape or otherwise re-seal the bags.
If you need to return anything and it is in new condition and within the 30 day window, simply contact us to inform us of the return. Please do not send returns back to us without contacting us first.
In most cases, we do not charge a restocking fee like many other companies do, so you will get a full refund for the price of the returned product(s). In the case of special order items, there is a restock fee of 10%. Please be aware that in all cases, we are unable to refund the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product we will submit a carrier insurance claim on your behalf and we will then replace the damaged product. Please contact us to inform us of the damage so we can start the process. Please note that due to UPS restrictions, we cannot process damage claims for damaged product boxes.
